Orders placed on OFFYES are delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will be covered based on direct line service, package can be tracked online until delivered to you address. This is our standard delivery .
Express delivery DHL FedEx UPS are available too, but extra payment will be charged, more details please contact us.
Overview of the delivery time lapse:
With DHL/UPS/FedEx: it takes about 3 to 7 business days for your parcel to arrive at your location starting from the day you receive your shipping confirmation email .
With Free Direct Line: it takes about 7-14 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation email. However, some countries can require a longer time to process the good. We noticed that Italy, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, UAE could take up to 20-30 days. You can contact us if your order, shipped by direct line, hasn’t been received within the 30 days. We will support solving the possible matter with the carrier company.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
